Michael S. Jackson is Chief Legal Officer for Strother Enterprises, Inc. He serves as legal advisor to the company executives and handles the company’s legal strategy, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and other legal issues. 

With over 35 years of legal experience, and an extensive business background in the areas of formation, capitalization, operation, and growth, Mr. Jackson has provided entities with expertise in the structuring of commercial joint ventures between majority and minority-owned companies.

Prior to joining Strother Enterprises, Mr. Jackson served as Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP where he advised emerging growth businesses across a wide range of industries such as pharmaceutical, consumer product, information technology, and food and beverage.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson served as a Corporate Associate at Saul Ewing Remick & Saul and Founding Partner for Brown Vance Jackson & Smith. Mr. Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a law degree from Harvard University.
