With an impressive resume spanning 30+ years of experience within the industry as an executive chef and restaurateur, Chef Nguyen has helped lead and manage numerous food and beverage services such as large-scale receptions, black-tie galas, festivals, multi-course plated dinner functions, and community events while gaining a wide range of culinary experience.  

Chef Chris Nguyen’s approach to cooking is simple, to create and produce delicious food by using the best ingredients that are locally sourced, a stylish presentation that is innovative and to provide top tier customer service.
